Board Certified Interventional Pain Management specialist dedicated to physical medicine and rehabilitation of back and neck injuries with prolonged pain.
Dr. Novoseletsky received his medical degree from Vinnitsa State Medical University in Vinnitsa Ukraine in 1996. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 2006. He was appointed as Chief Resident while completing this program and also was awarded the Strong Commitment Award for exceptional service and displaying compassion and respect to patients, families, and coworkers.
Dr. Novoseletsky is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the International Spine Intervention Society and is a Board Certified Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Dr. Novoseletsky’s areas of specialty are the non-surgical treatment of lower back, neck pain, headache and spinal disorders such as spinal stenosis, pinched nerves (sciatica or radiculopathy), herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis etc.
As a physiatrist, or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, he uses interventional treatments including injections and specific rehabilitation to restore function and quality of life to his patients.
